How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

As soon as your payment is confirmed you'll receive an email with your download link. Simply click the link to download your files instantly. No waiting, no shipping!

What format are the files?

Our templates are delivered as PDF files. The editable templates (Welcome Guide, Cleaning Checklist, Listing Workbook) can be edited in Canva using a free account. The Message Templates are delivered as an HTML file that can be opened in any browser.

Do I need Canva to use the templates?

For the editable templates yes — you'll need a free Canva account to customise them with your own details. Canva is completely free to use and very easy to get started with at canva.com. The Message Templates and Cleaning Checklist can be used without Canva.

I haven't received my download email — what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first as emails sometimes end up there. If you still can't find it please email us at jamieheath29@outlook.com with your order number and we'll resend it straight away.

Can I access my downloads again after purchase?

Yes! Your download link is included in your order confirmation email so you can always go back and re-download your files. We recommend saving a copy to your computer or Google Drive for safekeeping.

Are the templates editable?

Yes! All of our templates are fully editable. Simply open them in Canva (free) and customise with your property name, photos, contact details and any other information you'd like to include.

Are these templates suitable for all Airbnb property types?

Absolutely! Our templates are fully customisable so they work for any property type — apartments, houses, cottages, cabins, studios and more. Simply edit the content to match your specific property.

Can I use the templates for multiple properties?

Yes — once purchased you can use our templates across as many of your own properties as you like. Please note that our templates are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Refunds & Support

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are instant digital downloads we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However your satisfaction is really important to us — if you have any issues with your purchase please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help.
